These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Pluto, operated by Dhi Mantra LLP ("Dhi Mantra", "we", "us") (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, the parent/guardian creating the account agrees to these Terms.

1. What Pluto is

Pluto is a gamified financial-literacy app for learners aged 12–18, covering earning, saving, budgeting, borrowing, and investing. The Service includes lessons, assessments, certificates, badges, and a simulated practice Vault.

2. Not financial advice

Pluto is an educational product only. Nothing in the Service is investment, tax, or legal advice, and Dhi Mantra LLP is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Numbers, rates, and examples used in lessons are for teaching purposes and may not reflect current real-world rates. Balances shown in the Vault are simulated — no real money is invested, held, or transacted through this feature.

3. Accounts

• The account belongs to a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and for supervising their child's use of it.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials/OTP access secure.
• You may delete the account at any time from Settings → Delete my account.

4. Purchases and payments

• Some modules or subscriptions require payment. Web purchases are processed by Cashfree; in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.
• Prices are shown before purchase and are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• We do not store your card or bank details — payment processors handle that directly.
• Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy of the payment processor used and any additional terms shown at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share the account with anyone outside your household, or attempt to access another user's account.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell Pluto's content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Certificates and badges

Certificates and badges earned in Pluto reflect completion of our internal assessments and are not government-issued qualifications or professional certifications.

7. Intellectual property

All lesson content, design, and software in Pluto belong to Dhi Mantra LLP or its licensors. You may use it for personal learning only.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete the account at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Dhi Mantra LLP is not liable for any financial decisions made based on general educational content in the Service — always do your own research or consult a qualified, SEBI-registered adviser before making real investment decisions.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
